OUR MISSION AND VISION
The Gurgaon unit was established in 2000. Our specialization is in the manufacturing of industrial plastic components for the food , automobile, and medical industry. We are supplying to original equipment manufacturers and end users.We have in house facilities, with a fully equipped tool room and design facilities having the latest CAD/CAM software. Also installed are 3 CNC 3 D machining centres of Deckel Maho, Germany.
Our plastic moulding shop is equipped with CNC controlled plastic injection moulding machines. The raw materials used by us include polycarbonate, acrylic, abs, nylon, pp, polystyrene etc.
We have a vision of achieving greater indigenisation of quality products and to utilize our technical knowledge and expertise for the benefit of various industries.
Offered to you are the following services from our Gurgaon Unit.
1. We can supply from our existing range of plastic products
2. We can develop components as per your requirements if you can provide us with drawings or samples.
3. We can also supply the components on a job work basis in case you provide the mould.
Our unit currently has two CNC controlled injection moulding machines, 80 to130 ton, having a max. shot capacity of 200gms.
Tie bar distance for the machines is 430mmX430mm, with min. mould height of 210mm.
We have all the necessary allied machines required for a moulding shop including ovens, mtc and power back generator of 82.5 kva
Also installed within our unit machines for blister forming, blister cutting and sealing.
